Our founder, Linna Meng, was just 20 years old when she first wandered into the vibrant crystal markets of Donghai, China’s legendary Crystal Capital. What started as simple fascination quickly turned into a deep, lifelong love. Surrounded by rough quartz, amethyst, agate, and rare natural minerals, she was captivated by the unique energy and raw, unfiltered beauty of each stone.
Linna’s Journey: 20 to 30, Stone by Stone
At 20, Linna started creating small, handcrafted pieces—delicate stone necklaces, bracelets, and simple jewelry—for herself and her closest friends. Tired of mass-produced, soulless jewelry, she wanted to make pieces that felt personal, grounded, and true to nature.
Through her twenties, she poured herself into learning every detail: sourcing only authentic, untreated natural stones from local Donghai.China deposits and trusted mines across Brazil, Uruguay, and Madagascar; collaborating closely with skilled artisans; and refining designs that honored the natural shape, color, and spirit of each stone. Every piece was made with intention, not machinery.
Now in her 30s, Linna has grown SENINIO from a small personal passion into a thoughtful brand beloved for its genuine, handcrafted natural stone jewelry. These years have been a journey of self-discovery, patience, and soft growth—much like the stones she works with, formed slowly and beautifully by the earth over time.
